Returns Policy

At BuzzBars, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help—within reason and within policy.


🔄 Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

  • You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

⚠️ Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used vape items for health and safety reasons.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used vape pens, cartridges, or disposables

  • Items purchased on clearance or marked “final sale”

  • Gift cards and promotional items

  • Products damaged by customer misuse or mishandling


📦 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at: support@buzzbars.us.com

  2. Include your order number and a brief reason for the return

  3. Our support team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days

  4. If approved, we’ll send return instructions and a return shipping address

Please do not send products back without authorization—unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.


🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To request an exchange, contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue.


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, email us at support@buzzbars.us.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged or wrong item

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll resolve the issue with a replacement or refund as appropriate.
